Sure, it’s somewhat old news, but I’m still excited about it.

Next summer, we’ll get to see Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Jessica Jones, all on Netflix. This should all be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, just as Agents of SHIELD is. I’m looking forward to it.

I remember seeing Daredevil on The Trial of the Incredible Hulk. It was a terrible costume, played by the guy who was Street Hawk. (I think I just aged myself…)

And now I miss Bill Bixby.

That was my moment of silence.

Who thinks that the MCU should expand to include the cartoons? Granted, they can’t add Spider-Man and the X-Men to the MCU (yet!), but there may be a way to do it like this, through the cartoons.

It’s a thought.

You know, I think that is an excellent idea. Marvel should do FF, Spider-Man, and X-Men cartoons together with the ambitious style and scope of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Make them either excellent CGI based animation, or use the animators and serious toned themes like were used on the great show Young Justice. That would be the perfect way to bring those 3 franchises back into the MCU until Disney acquires the rights.
